Eggs poached in silicon cup
Quite a few people find poaching eggs difficult and technology comes to the rescue. A silicone cup produces a neat-looking poached egg. Another benefit of poaching in a cup is the ability to add flavourings and various ingredients, such as mushrooms, bacon, herbs, etc.
All you need to do is butter the cups, put whatever you like to flavour your eggs with and add the egg. Then, close the lids and put the cups in simmering water. Let the eggs simmer until cooked to a desired consistency.
Serve with fried potatoes or for a healthier version - on a piece of toast.
