Super healthy salad that cleans your body, gives your immune system a great bust and tastes great at the same time thanks to the delicious soy-honey dressing. Eat clean and tasty!
¼ of white cabbage ¼ of red cabbage ¼ of Savoy cabbage 300 g of marinated cabbage 2 oranges a small bunch of parsley 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic 1 shallot oregano leaves
Thinly slice white, red and Savoy cabbage. It's best to marinate the cabbage at home. Recipe coming up.
Peel the oranges, divide them into segments, remove the pith and seeds. Chop the parsley.
Whisk the vinegar with honey and soy sauce. Gradually add the olive oil. Add finely chopped garlic and shallot. Mix well.
Put different types of cabbage on a plate alternating the layers. Top with orange segments, add oregano leaves, pour on the dressing and serve.
