Cold vegetable and yoghurt soup на русском
This is a traditional Russian soup, which will probably seem quite strange for the non-Russian cooks. It's a soup/salad thing: the idea similar to that of the Spanish gazpacho; an acquired taste. But if you realise, it's all really healthy - maybe it will get to your taste buds sooner. It's a no-cook dish too, just chop everything and mix things together. It's great for hot summer days served on ice.
Hard boil the eggs, chop radishes, cucumbers, and the meat (if using) quite small. Chop the herbs finely and place them in a pot where you will be making your soup, sprinkle with some sea salt and squeeze with a spoon or a potato masher, so they give some juice.
